Description
Summary:
Brilliant French scientist Henri Leblanc didn’t manage to escape when the Germans over-ran his country. He was forced, on pain of death, to aid the Nazi war effort, although he hated the thought that his skills were to be put to such use. But there was little he could do – escape was impossible without outside aid.
The British, too, realised the importance of this man and knew he had to be brought to Britain. There was one risky way it might just be done – only it called for the help of some very unusual people indeed . . . including an S.S. officer!
