Flight Lieutenant Bob Dane flew with a crack squadron of Bomber Command on daring low-level attacks. And when Bob’s old friend offered him the chance of going on a photo-reconnaissance flight to the latest target, Bob readily accepted.
But he didn’t know that he was flying into one of the most dangerous situations he’d ever experienced – and that his squadron was to be faced with certain destruction unless he could save them. And he wouldn’t have much chance of doing that. Not stuck in Germany without a plane . . .
