In France in 1940, most of the British army were retreating to Dunkirk. But not Captain Ralph Reckett and his small team of sappers. They had been ordered to wreak havoc among the advancing German forces – blowing up bridges, tanks and whatever else might slow the Nazi thrust.
Engineers are trained to construct things . . . but they are also experts in total destruction!
