Summary:
Three pieces of ancient pottery held the clue to the location of a legendary treasure reckoned to be beyond all price. They were held by three men, two of them determined to unearth the treasure for the good it would bring – the third man equally determined to get his hands on it to satisfy his own greed.
So there was trouble enough between these adversaries before war broke out and they found themselves on opposing sides. Now the hunt for the fortune would have to take second place . . . or would it?
