Description
Summary:
The men in the prison camp looked the other way when Fred Carey passed. He’d been a good bloke once, a boxing champion and first-rate soldier, but now he spent more time with the Japanese than with his mates. He even ate at the Japanese commandant’s table!
As the hate for Fred grew, he got friendlier and friendlier with the Japanese. For he was working out a plan that would let him and his mates escape to the jungle and fight again as free men. His plan might work . . . if the other prisoners let him live that long!
