Shot down over France, Pilot Officer Tam Barton didn’t remain earthbound for long. Some circus friends of his arranged a quick take-off and he was soon airborne again. But this time he hadn’t got an aeroplane. Oh no, this time he was a human cannon-ball, heading for a bumpy landing inside a German Army camp!
