Description
Summary:
General Franz Gettler was considered to be an honourable officer. He fought his battles fairly and cleanly, always respecting the enemy – so it was to be expected that a lot of fanatical Nazis hated him and were waiting for the slightest excuse to arrest, imprison and even execute him as a traitor to their cause.
But what was surprising was that a British officer also hated Gettler enough to want him dead. As far as he was concerned, the general was nothing more than a murderer!
