Summary:
Jim Redway, fighter pilot, had reckoned the Army were useless ever since he’d seen them defeated in France. Fred Flynn, a soldier, rated the R.A.F. as more bother than they were worth after they’d shot up his unit by mistake.
Now, stuck in enemy-occupied jungle, they were at each other’s throats. Which was just as well for the Japanese, because of those two ever started working together . . .
