The man was called Horace Canterbury. Awkward, slow, clumsy, untidy, he was possibly the worst soldier in the British Army.

The goat was called Napoleon. Bad-tempered, smelly, hairy, evil-intentioned, it was possibly the worst regimental mascot in the British Army.

Separately, they were useless. Together, they were enough to break a sergeant-major’s heart!

A nice copy. Minimal wear, mild tanning. Book is sound and in very good condition. Bags and boards optional, please add during checkout if required. Please examine photos carefully and see our notes on item condition before purchasing.
