Description
Summary:
Every regiment has them. Men who can’t keep out of trouble, always in brawls or fist fights. They’re the blokes who don’t fit in with a spit and polish mob but who can be worth their weight in gold when it comes to action. All they want is a good leader.
Sergeant Hooky Walker’s squad of 14th Hussar throw-outs were those sort of men. Lieutenant Colin Carver was their leader.
And when Colin took them out into the desert, without orders and with beat-up armoured cars, they sure found trouble. In fact, they landed in the biggest scrap of their lives.
