Description
Summary:
His name was Simon Smith. Everybody called him Gipsy because he had Romany blood in him . . . but there was more to it than that. He seemed to have some sort of sixth sense that warned him of danger, and he had eyes that could see in the dark. Often he would spot enemy aircraft before his radar operator did!
No doubt about it – Gipsy Smith was one of the finest night-fighter pilots in the Royal Air Force.
