Description

Summary:

A pilot’s R.A.F. wings on his chest . . . an identity disk with the name “CORBY” on it . . . a tattered set of jungle Khakis . . . those were the only clues he had to tell him who he was. The tall, grey-eyed man who staggered from the wreckage of a plane had no memory left, no past and unarmed in a Burma swarming with Japanese – not much hope of a future!

But he started walking anyway – and began to discover that he was a highly trained jungle fighter, a man of many talents, all of them to kill enemies.

Suddenly the British lines didn’t seem quite so far away.
