Description
Summary:
The first uniform worn by Henri Deveroux was that of an officer in the Foreign Legion. He was kicked out, though, after a cruel turn of events – and the next uniform he donned was that of a French army infantryman in action against the invading Germans in 1940.
That campaign didn’t end well either, but Henri wasn’t ready to give up the fight against the Nazis. Now he pulled on the crumpled, dirty clothes of a tramp – and it was this “uniform” which he would wear with most pride.
