Description
Summary:
Slow and troublesome to steer, difficult to see out of in action and presenting a big target for an enemy . . . that was the Russian KV2 Heavy Artillery tank. It was almost twice as heavy as most German tanks, though, and only an anti-tank shell fired at point blank range would trouble this heavy metal monster whose own formidable gun could do immense damage.
This then is the story of the crew of one such KV2 who got themselves and their tank into all sorts of bother and seemed destined not to survive . . . if the enemy didn’t get them, it seemed some of their own countrymen might!
