Summary:
The Aegean Sea, lying between Greece and Turkey is a huge expanse of bright blue water peppered with tiny islands. In 1943, the area was so far away from any British air base that Axis pilots flying there had nothing to worry about.
Until, that was, a British planner decided to stick a pair of floats on a Spitfire and set up a secret base slap bang in the middle of it. For pilot Johnny Cooper the fun was about to begin.
