Description
Summary:
Out of the dark desert night raced the German half-tracks, churning up clouds of sand, the flashes from their machine guns lighting up the darkness as they cut down the British troops escorting a convoy of trucks. Next minute the Germans had gone, vanishing into the vastness of the desert.
This raid would cause a great stir back in British H.Q., for the surviving British soldiers had all seen the dreaded sight – a black vulture painted on each Nazi vehicle – the sign that meant trouble . . . desperate trouble!
