Description
Summary:
The Far East, 1944. It was widely believed that tanks could not cope with jungle warfare but the British were determined to prove this notion wrong – and were equally determined to regain Burma from the clutches of the Japanese.
Second-Lieutenant Peter Wright had been an infantry officer but he and his unit had retrained as a tank crews. Now they were under pressure to deliver results . . . and their M3 Stuart light tanks would soon clash with the metallic might of their Japanese Type 95 counterparts.
Could the green British tankies work as a team and survive the Thunder In The Jungle.
