Description
Summary:
Italy, September 1943. The Italian forces surrendered unconditionally to the Allies. But Italy was not yet at peace, for the Nazis still held the north of the country. Many units of the Italian Air Force stayed on the Luftwaffe’s side, ready to take on the British, or the Americans – or anybody.
And other Italian pilots came over to the Allied side. They would take on anyone, too – even their fellow-Italians on the German side. They were . . . Rebel Squadron.
