We subsidise the cost of shipping for the benefit of our customers. We make a small delivery charge of £2.50, regardless of size, weight and value. This cost will be clearly displayed at the checkout before completing the sale.

We use Royal Mail to deliver most purchases and, where possible, products will be sent in a box designed to fit a standard letterbox, meaning you would not need to be at home to receive your order. Products and orders which are physically larger will be dispatched in an appropriately sized box. In either case, where the value exceeds £20, a fully tracked service will be used. This ensures that orders are fully insured in case of any loss or damage in transit. This may require a signature on delivery.

In the case of very large orders, overseas shipments or in exceptional circumstances, an appropriate alternative service or courier may be utilised.

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, with an estimated delivery timescale of 3-5 working days. Occasionally, an order may take longer to arrive but we will attempt to contact you should we become aware of any likely delay.

Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with any items purchased from our online store. However, if you are a UK or EU customer, you have the right to cancel the contract to purchase one or more items in your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the items.  The 14-day cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order.

To cancel a sales contract, in the first instance, please contact us to let us know you wish to do so by emailing us at admin@letsgocommando.co.uk.  All returns must first be authorised by us. Please ensure you have your order number on hand as you will need to include this in the email so that we may locate your order and facilitate any refund.

Should you choose to cancel a sales contract, you must return the items to us so that we receive them back within 14 calendar days.  The 14 days start the day after you notify us you want to cancel.  You must return the items to us in the same condition in which they left us.  To avoid the risk of loss, or any dispute over non-delivery, you should send the items back to us using either a tracked service or obtain a free proof of postage, available from the post office. Our mailing address is displayed on our website.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items unless we made an error and sent an incorrect item or the item does not match the description. (Please see our guidance regarding item condition). 

Once the items have been received by us, we will issue a refund using the same payment method that you originally used to pay for the goods .  The refund will include the cost of the returned items plus any delivery charge you may have paid as part of the order.  We will action the refund promptly to ensure you receive it within a maximum of 14 days.

At our discretion, we may offer alternative resolutions, including exchange, credit or discount.
