- Product description – we do our best to describe the items we sell as accurately as possible and we provide photographs to further inform any potential purchase. In addition, we provide general information relating to how we describe product condition and this also forms part of our terms and conditions of sale. - Delivery and returns – this policy describes what you can expect from us once you have completed a purchase. It describes how and when you can expect to receive the items you have ordered. It also describes the circumstances under which you may be entitled to return an item or cancel a sale. It explains what to do and how we will handle any refund or credit. - Discount codes and vouchers – we regularly make discount codes and vouchers available to our customers. These may include physical vouchers or digital codes provided through our newsletter, email campaigns or social media channels. Unless otherwise stated, all discount codes and vouchers are single use only and exclude items that are in a sale or otherwise discounted. Any discount code or voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any discount code where a specific expiry date has not been set. All offers are subject to availability.
