Description

Summary:

In the First World War, Jim Brand was one of Britain’s leading air aces, an inspiration to the young pilots he led. So when World War Two broke out, it was assumed that his son, Ralph, would follow in his father’s footsteps.

Sure enough, Ralph soon earned the nickname “Fiery Brand”, proving to be a real hero . . . or so it seemed.

But the truth was very different!
