Summary:
A major in the Wehrmacht, Fritz Weber was just about as nasty as they come. He owed his promotion to his father, the dreaded General Weber who was even more of a fanatical Nazi than his son.
But now Weber junior was discovering that war wasn’t always about victory, and the heavy machine-gun bullets zipping past his head were emphasising the point. Maybe at long last the Webers were about to get their come-uppance . . .
